Qigong has played a very important role in Chinese medicine since ancient times. It enhances the practitioners’ healing abilities and promotes self-healing. Heavenly Essence Qigong is one of the biggest Qigong schools in China and is well known for its powerful healing effects, comprehensive theories and easy-to-follow practices.

This final series in Level 1, Qigong for Health teaches practitioners how to use Qigong Healing Methods and explores ESP theories and functions. The Six Qigong Healing Methods learned and practiced in this series are: Magic Palm, Immortal Grabbing, Buddha’s Hands, Praying to Higher Power, No Doctor and Muddled Doctor. Also we will address the theories and training methods for Three ESP functions: Seeing the Aura, Opening the Third Eye, and Hand-Detecting Sick Qi. Some reviews on Series 1&2 will be included. Lastly we will incorporate hands-on group healing and guided meditation.
