About Weihong Yuan
Weihong Yuan, a medical doctor specializing in acupuncture, Chinese herbology and TuiNa (Chinese message) in China since 1989, practiced in the department of acupuncture, the Sixth Hospital of Beijing (over 500 beds), China from 1989 to 1995. During this period of time, she also clinically instructed dozens of students for the International Acupuncture Training Center - an internationally recognized institute. These students carried home the gem of Chinese acupuncture to the US, Canada, Europe, Japan, Korea, and many other countries.
Weihong Yuan has held a national certification in acupuncture from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine since 1996, and she is a licensed acupuncturist in the State of Maryland. She is a member of Chinese Association of Acupuncture and Michigan Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
